Not only good salary, but better adhere to 8 hours working.  Or else, certainly they will desert you at the first opportunity.  Its not more number of hours their presence in office or factory but its work – what they do!  [ other wise all good people leave you and you are left with worthless people to do whatsoever you tell!].

Learn to appreciate - small good works done by your people and then not only your business will zoom up but at no cost you Earn good name as " Our boss is really good ... he takes care of us … etc.".

So dear, at no point make any employee to feel un-secured, as it will guaranteed way put your business in reverse gear.
